Order processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
Express shipping: 1-3 business days (where available)
Free standard shipping on orders over $50

Canada

Standard shipping: 7-14 business days
Express shipping: 4-7 business days (where available)

International (Europe, UK, Australia, NZ, etc.)

Standard shipping: 10-21 business days
Express shipping: 5-10 business days (where available)
International shipping rates calculated at checkout

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or taxes assessed by your country. These charges, if any, are collected by your delivery carrier upon receipt.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Visit our order tracking page for details on using your tracking number.

Lost or stuck shipments

If your shipment is stuck in transit for more than 30 days, contact us at info@byeverstridessocks.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. We do not assume responsibility for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
