60-day return window

We offer a 60-day return window. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for return

  • Items must be unworn and in their original packaging
  • Items must include all original tags
  • Sale or clearance items are non-returnable

How to return

  1. Email us at info@byeverstridessocks.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 12 hours with return instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable)
  3. Ship the items back using the provided label or your preferred carrier
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we'll process the exchange at no additional cost (except where applicable shipping fees may apply).

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@byeverstridessocks.com with photos. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs

For US customers, we cover return shipping for defective or wrong items. For returns due to change of mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
